Group Coaching
Group Coaching is for people with a common goal or topic, typically meeting together once a week. The diversity inherent in any given group promotes unique insights and actionable outcomes. In these sessions, I facilitate discussion, maintain group focus and support each participant with their individual progress. My group guidelines are non-judgmental, confidential, safe and supportive, making sure to honor each group member.
Sobriety focused private groups are specifically for clients who are sober, have completed treatment and are not in sober living. Clients are committed to growth, change and maintaining their sobriety, and want the benefits of staying connected to the group process.
“Sue has been a constant rudder since the very first days of my sobriety. She calls BS when she sees it, she is a constant source of support during chaos, and she doesn’t allow complacency. I am so grateful for her honestly and know she will always be a rock for my recovery.”

Group Facilitator
My strength as a group facilitator is grounded in my experience as a young camp counselor. I’m collaborative by nature and I believe that a powerful solution to the addiction pandemic is for people to come together and work in teams. I’m passionate about making connections and working within the group dynamic.
With more than 25 years of my own personal recovery and transformation, I use my own experience to assist clients with connecting to their strengths and values and finding meaning and purpose. I focus on unravelling codependency and helping group members to become self-supporting, collaborative and have fun in sobriety.
I have vast experience facilitating groups in both outpatient and inpatient drug and alcohol treatment facilities, where I facilitate multiple groups a week that include group members who are dual diagnosed and have complex PTSD and trauma. I stay focused on the future, always maintaining that addiction does not define us and that everyone deserves to be happy, joyous and free.
“Sue has been facilitating groups at our treatment centers for the last six years. She has become an important member of our community. She speaks from her heart and she has the ability to connect with anyone who is looking for the gift of sobriety. Sue has also been a part of our family weekends for years. We love her and couldn’t imagine our family without her!”
